Place two Carboluz fire starter on the bottom of the grill I Colocar dos pastillas de encendido Carboluz «fire starter» en el fondo de la parrilla.

Stack the charcoal into a pyramid form and ignite from the center with a lighter the carboluz «fire starter». I Colocar el carbón formando una pirámide y encender desde el centro con un fósforo, las pastillas de encendido Carboluz «Fire Starter».

Leave burning for 15 minutes, until the charcoal is covered by a layer of grey ashes. (Remember not blow, or place lumps of charcoal on top of the «Fire starters»). I Dejar arder durante 15 minutos, hasta que las brasas estén de color gris (Recuerde no soplar, ni colocar piezas de carbón encima de las pastillas).

Spread the charcoal over the grill, to have a regular heat source on the surface. I Distribuir el carbón por toda la parrilla para tener una fuente de calor equilibrada por toda la superficie de esta.
